Yoga Center of Denver prenatal yoga classes go well beyond simply modifying traditional yoga poses. This studio’s pregnancy-safe series is a collaboration between instructors Kelsey and Claire and is an exciting community of expectant moms trying to make their pregnancy more empowering and comfortable. These classes aim to help moms feel confident in knowing what labor is and approaching their baby’s birth date with confidence and strength. The first 15 minutes of class includes discussions about pregnancy and birth.
