  • Welcome to my blog!

It has taken me forever to find the words to describe myself. Simply, I am just a girl trying to do what she loves, taking pictures and making memories families will cherish forever. I feel very blessed by my family, husband, children and friends. Before finding Children's Photography I was working in the Advertising Photography world for seven years. I knew the long hours of the Ad world were going to be difficult once we had children. I kept my studio though and naturally began photographing my own children, friends began asking me to photograph their children and I fell in love with children's photography.

And here I am today loving life....

Small World… / Denver Family & Children’s Photographer

So Beth (mom) works in design and in fact has her own design firm called Kreimer Design, check it out, and was referred to me from a previous client. While we were discussing possibly setting up a session she happen to be working on an ad shoot with Brian Mark Photography who I used to work for back in the day when I worked in Advertising Photography, another little fact most people don’t realize about me!  I really should get that “About Me” page done, HA! Brian told her we probably knew each other because we had worked together a lot on several projects in the past but neither of us could quite put it together until we met up for her family session. We both got out of ours cars and I think we were almost in shock because we had in fact worked together a lot with Brian. So from a referral and then to be working with Brian and then meeting up for her family session, crazy how small the world really is!

Well, neither of us had children or were even expecting the last time we saw each other so it was so much fun to see her again and meet her adorable family.  Her son reminds me of my son full of energy and her daughter how cute is she with her missing front tooth, in fact she lost it the day before the shoot so it was a bit of a shock to mom!

Alright ready here we go hope you enjoy!

Sisters! / Denver Children & Family Photographer

Ok I went overboard on this session!!!  LOVED these two girls so fun and full of personality!  The entire time I was editing this job I couldn’t help but think of my own sister.  I miss her dearly she lives in Alaska; which is were I am originally from, bet a lot of you didn’t know that!  We could spend countless hours on the phone talking, about what sometimes I don’t know we can just gab forever, miss her, tears…. Anyhoo to have a sister is one of the best gifts a person can have a bond that can never be broken, I know and I am so glad these two have each other.  They are beautiful as individuals and even more beautiful together!

I hope you guys enjoy and cherish these memories for years to come!  It was a privilege to capture these images for you guys!

1 Year Later…. / Denver Children’s Photographer

You guys may remember these two from last year!  Zach was battling Brain Cancer and is now finished with treatments and is doing amazingly, look at all the hair!!!!  I couldn’t be happier for their family I wish everyone could have the same outcome!  I have been photographing these two since Olivia was 18 months old and have adored watching them grow and been honored to capture those life changing moments for them!  Their mother is the best at giving me complete freedom, and also bringing the best clothing choices.  The only drawback we never have enough light to photograph all the outfits she brings!!

I love photographing older kids you have so much creative freedom when you are not chasing a little one and hoping they listen for just a few minutes to get the shot!  Don’t get me wrong I love my little ones too but it is nice to go into a shoot with ideas and poses and actually be able to do all of those ideas!

Ok, stay awhile and take a look at these two they are beautiful!!  Feel Free to leave a Comment as well!

Okay, these two kids are the best looking kids, ever! Next time you have to get some of the whole family together! I think these are my favorite pictures of yours. I always go back to the ones you took of Zach last year. What a transformation and a strong little guy! Awesome job Christina! And congratulations Zach and family!

For the Browns… / Denver Children’s Photographer

Last weekend I met up with the Brown family in Brighton just outside of Denver.  I actually hold a lot of my outdoor sessions up in Brighton to get away from the city!  The boys Gavin and Brayden were so excited to be in nature!  When we first arrived Gavin said “there’s nature everywhere!” cracked me up! Kendra wanted super vibrant colors so I have pumped up the saturation some on these images!  Hope you guys enjoy!

Those that still need Holiday pictures done I am having Holiday Mini Sessions in the Studio November 13th.  Scroll down the blog to view the details, limited availability!

Busy Twins!!! / Denver Children’s Photographer

Oh my goodness, these two are so crazy busy they give me a run for my money!!  Twins are bit harder to photograph given they are the same age.  When you have siblings of different ages usually the older sibling can kind of assist in bringing the younger one around even if just for a couple minutes but when they are the same age they just feed off of each other!  I love these two though they are so funny and really just want to play and have fun what kid doesn’t want that!  Mom you are my hero!!!
